Bionic Talent is a remote recruitment firm. We find, test and place operations, legal, marketing and administrative staff for US businesses, then we stay on the hook for 90 days. You employ the person directly, so nothing sits between what you pay and what they earn, and nothing is owed until you hire.
Bionic Talent was founded in 2021 by Abdul Qadir, out of an agency that could not hire. Every account it won needed another pair of hands, and every US hire either cost more than the account was worth or arrived needing months of training nobody had time to give. So the agency hired in the Philippines, then Pakistan, then South Africa and Kenya. The talent was excellent. Finding it was brutal.
Before Bionic, Abdul spent his career inside companies that ran large distributed teams across technology, marketing and operations: Visa, Cloudways, Rocket Internet, Jumia Group. Then he did what a lot of operators do next, and started a digital marketing agency of his own.
