Job Duck

We help incredible people find an amazing job working from home for a United States based business.
Job Duck is more than a staffing company. It’s a lifestyle. A thriving community of remote professionals working with U.S.-based businesses, growing their careers, earning competitive salaries, and achieving the work-life balance they deserve.

The enthusiasm that built this company still fuels it today. At Job Duck, we believe in opening doors to opportunities, in building careers, and in creating a future where everyone wins.

If you’re looking for a full-time, work-from-home career with stability, growth, and great benefits, this is your sign.

Did you know when we started way back in July 2018, we had a different name? It’s true!

Our name “Job Duck” didn’t surface until March 2020. It was inspired by a mnemonic challenge designed to reinforce our core values. Initially, our co-founders wanted a mnemonic for our five core values, and a team member creatively organized them as “Amazing Blue Colored Ducks Everywhere.” The idea was fun, comical, a true representation of our co-founders’ spirit. So much so it led to blue duck prints decorating their home-office walls.

A few months later we rebranded, and our co-founders drew inspiration from these blue ducks, and “Job Duck” was officially hatched.

Ducks symbolize adaptability, teamwork, and persistence — qualities we embody in our daily work.
