Job Overview:
The Business Analysis Specialist Mentor plays a vital role in our intern coaching program, dedicated to mentoring and guiding aspiring business analysts.
In this role, you will serve as both a mentor and an expert resource, helping interns navigate real-world business analysis challenges through hands-on projects. Your primary responsibility is to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application, ensuring interns gain the skills needed to analyze business processes, identify opportunities, and recommend data-driven solutions.
Beyond mentorship, you’ll contribute to the development of case studies, well-guided solutions, and recorded video walkthroughs that equip interns with the confidence to handle business analysis tasks effectively. Additionally, you’ll participate in outreach initiatives by leading free informational sessions that attract new interns, furthering our mission to develop business analysis talent.

- Conduct regular team meetings and 1-on-1 coaching sessions to provide personalized guidance on business analysis projects.
- Share best practices and industry standards relevant to business analysis, helping interns understand real-world applications.
- Record video walkthroughs demonstrating business analysis methodologies,requirement gathering techniques, and strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create content that highlights the importance of business analysis and the value of the program.
- Monitor intern progress, providing feedback on skill development and business analysis project execution.
