We are seeking an experienced Female Virtual Assistant to support our real estate business with cold calling, appointment scheduling, and social media posting. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish, have prior experience working with real estate companies, and be confident in handling client calls and lead generation while maintaining a professional and approachable demeanor.
Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calling / calling leads to generate appointments and follow-ups.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendar coordination.
- Post pre-provided content on company social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
- Use Pipedrive to manage leads, track client interactions, and update CRM records.
- Utilize dialer tools for efficient calling and follow-ups.
- Maintain professionalism and excellent communication when engaging with clients and prospects.
Qualifications
- Female VA with advanced experience as a Real Estate Virtual Assistant.
- Fluent in English/Spanish (verbal and written).
- Proven experience in cold calling and appointment setting within the real estate industry.
- Familiarity with Pipedrive CRM and other dialer tools.
- Experience posting on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
