Responsibilities
* Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection.
* Develop and implement onboarding programs for new hires to facilitate their integration into the company.
* Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
* Manage talent acquisition and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent.

Requirements
*Proven experience in HR roles, with a strong understanding of HR best practices.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Operational skills and attention to detail..
* BSc degree
