Job Description
Are you passionate about digital creativity — from design and graphics to animation and 3D modeling? Do you enjoy sharing knowledge and inspiring kids to express themselves through digital media? At Kodland, you’ll have the opportunity to turn your passion into impact by inspiring the next generation of creators.
This is a fully remote role, giving you the flexibility to work from anywhere, as long as you’re available during UK teaching hours (afternoons/evenings on weekdays and mornings on weekends).

Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging online classes using provided scripts and materials.
- Develop your own teaching skills with guidance from experienced Kodland mentors.
- Track student progress, celebrate achievements, and provide guidance throughout their learning journey.
- Share lesson feedback and contribute creative ideas to improve the learning experience.
- Participate in mock lessons, training, and community events to enhance your skills and connect with other tutors.
Requirements
- Knowledge of basic 3D principles (modeling, perspective, rendering).
- Familiarity with graphic tools (Photoshop, Photopea, Figma, Canva).
- Fluent English (C1).
- A Passion for teaching children and teenagers.
- Availability for at least 10 hours per week during:
- Weekdays: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM GMT-4 (Boston Time)
- Weekends: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM GMT-4 (Boston Time)
- Weekdays: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM GMT-4 (Boston Time)
- Tech setup: stable internet (min 20 Mbps), webcam, headset, and quiet workspace.
Bonus: Background in design education, Tinkercad, or animation tools.

Kodland is an international online school of digital skills for children and teenagers from 6 to 17 years old. We teach programming, digital creativity and basic computer knowledge. The company started in 2018 and grew quickly throughout the years. Today, Kodland has 16,000 students and 1,000 teachers. The geography of the site is constantly expanding and includes over 40 countries.
Our courses’ syllabuses are developed by teachers with extensive professional experience in Computer Science and are taught by qualified instructors. We are working on an international goal: to create the best educational content on the EdTech market, which will help our students to study effectively and gain the necessary knowledge to implement their own projects.
