Lead Motion & Graphics Designer

We believe in pushing the boundaries of visual storytelling. We are looking for a visionary Lead Motion & Graphics Designer who lives at the intersection of design, motion, and emerging technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Motion Graphics & Animation: Conceptualize, storyboard, and execute high-end motion graphics, kinetic typography, and 2D/3D animations for commercials, social media, and digital products.
• Graphic Design & Art Direction: Design sleek, modern static graphics, brand identities, and presentation decks that align with client guidelines.
• AI Integration: Leverage cutting-edge AI creative tools (such as Midjourney, Runway, Sora, Stable Diffusion, or Firefly) to accelerate storyboarding, generate unique assets, and innovate our production pipeline.
• Creative Leadership: Guide the visual direction of projects from concept to final render. Collaborate closely with copywriters, producers, and marketing teams to ensure project goals are met.
• Video Editing & Post-Production: Assemble raw footage into premium, fast-paced video content with seamless transitions, precise color grading, and impactful sound design.
• Asset Management: Maintain organized project files, templates, and asset libraries to ensure a smooth, scalable workflow.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• The Toolkit: Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator). Experience with 3D software (Cinema 4D or Blender) is a massive plus.
• The Portfolio: A stellar showreel and portfolio demonstrating exceptional timing, pacing, color theory, typography, and diverse design styles (from sleek corporate tech to high-energy commercial edits).
• Audio Intuition: Strong understanding of sound design, audio mixing, and how to pace visuals perfectly to a soundtrack.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to deliver clean, pixel-perfect renders under tight deadlines without compromising on quality.
• Communication: Strong presentation skills to explain creative concepts to internal teams and clients.
• AI Proficiency: Hands-on experience integrating generative AI tools into professional design or animation workflows.
