Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of NexaScale's initiatives, ensuring smooth operations and high impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of NexaScale's programs, including mentorships, bootcamps, and events
- Coordinate with community managers, mentors, and partners
- Track program timelines, deliverables, and participant engagement
- Prepare reports and recommend improvements for future programs
Requirements
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Experience managing teams or programs (preferably in a non-profit or tech context)
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under minimal supervision
