Role Overview
This role will drive the design execution of Fincra’s core platforms—HQ internal tools, Kele features, website revamp, and product initiatives—enabling the company to deliver user-centered, consistent, and high-impact experiences across its ecosystem and scale product delivery across teams.
What you will be doing everyday
Responsibility:
1. Product Design - Design end-to-end flows and experiences across HQ, Kele, and core product tools.
2. Website Revamp Support - Collaborate with Product Marketing, DevRel, and Engineering on new Fincra.com.
3. Internal Tooling - Own UX improvements for internal dashboards and requests.
Expected Outcome:
1. Product Design - High-quality, usable, and dev-ready designs delivered on time.
2. Website Revamp Support - Successful June website launch with Stripe-grade clarity and UX.
3. Internal Tooling - Improved efficiency across support, finance, and ops workflows.
Responsibility
- Design QA & Handoff Ensure pixel-perfect handoff and design consistency across outputs.
- Reduced design debt, better engineering velocity.
- Cross-team Collaboration Participate in rituals, critiques, and standups across squads.
- Aligned, iterative delivery and feedback across disciplines.
Minimum Requirements
Technical Skills:
● Proficient in Figma, FigJam, and design systems
● Solid understanding of responsive design and UX best practices
● Experience designing for web, internal tools, and multi-user platforms
● Bonus: Familiarity with motion, or basic HTML/CSS

● Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset
● Able to work autonomously and navigate ambiguity
● Proactive problem-solver and structured thinker
Success Metrics
Objective:
1. Improve design delivery efficiency - Time from design brief to handoff, target: ≤ 5 business days.
2. Maintain design consistency - Design QA issues flagged in dev, target: < 2 per feature.
3. Website revamp success - Timely delivery of core pages, target: 100% by June deadline.
4. Team enablement - Number of HQ/KELE tickets supported, target: At least 5 per month.
