We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Product Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product design, a deep understanding of Web3 technologies, and a passion for creating innovative, user-friendly interfaces. As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a critical role in shaping the user experience and visual design of Aconomy's platform, ensuring that our products are intuitive, engaging, and scalable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end design process for Aconomy's products, from concept to final implementation, ensuring a cohesive and high-quality user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and peers, to define and execute the product roadmap.
- Design intuitive web and mobile experiences for clients, ensuring seamless user journeys.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions, iterating based on feedback.
- Develop and maintain a design system and component library to ensure consistency and scalability across all products.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, applying them to enhance the platform's visual and functional design.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Product Design experience with a strong portfolio of web and mobile applications.
- Proven experience with design tools (Sketch, Figma) and prototyping tools (Invision, Sketch, Figma) and analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics).
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and visual design.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing, including user interviews.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and final designs for mobile and web applications.
- Ability to document design decisions for future reference and create and maintain design guidelines for internal and external use.
