About the role
We are looking for a high-caliber Senior Product Designer (Trading) to lead end-to-end design for Trust Wallet’s core products. This is a highly technical role that requires a deep understanding of Web3—specifically hands-on experience with perpetuals, staking, and prediction markets.
As a lead designer, you won’t just be pushing pixels; you will own the product strategy alongside PMs and engineers. You must be a "vocal" advocate for design, capable of articulating complex technical trade-offs to stakeholders while maintaining a high standard of execution for millions of mobile and web users.

- Develop and refine user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups for TW's products and features.
- Use a combination of domain knowledge, product intuition, and targeted research to inform and validate design decisions
- Collaborate with product managers to define and prioritize features, ensuring alignment with user needs and business objectives.
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions, maintaining a high standard of quality and consistency.
- Actively participate in design critiques, contributing to the continuous improvement of the team's design processes and outputs.
Requirements:
- Knowledgeable in Web3 space, hands-on trading experience with advanced trading features such as perpetuals, staking, predictions market.
- 5+ years full-time Product Designer experience
- 3+ years full-time experience of designing consumer-facing experiences for web and mobile apps
- Strong communication and presentation skills: demonstrated ability to articulate complex technical trade-offs to cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring design integrity while aligning with product goals and business constraints
- Proactiveness and end-to-end design ownership, influence product strategy and prioritization
- Thrive in uncertainty and challenges: proactive, hands-on, self-starter and perseverant
- Strong values, ethics and integrity
- Strong intellectual curiosity and honesty, Bachelor’s or Master's Degree
