Title
Independent Contractor – GHL Automation & Marketing Specialist - Technical VA - Senior to Advanced Level (Remote).
Overview
20four7VA is seeking a skilled and resourceful GHL (GoHighLevel) Automation & Marketing Specialist to build and manage a streamlined, cost-effective lead generation and nurturing system targeting distressed property sellers. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with GHL, digital marketing tools, and AI-driven automation.
Scope of Services
Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:
- Build and manage GHL workflows, pipelines, and integrations with a preference for snapshot-based setups to optimize speed and cost.
- Implement and manage voice AI solutions for lead engagement and qualification.
- Set up and optimize Meta and Google Ads campaigns targeting distressed sellers.
- Execute foundational SEO strategies including backlink building and on-page optimization.
- Scrape and organize content for a dynamic knowledge base.
- Design and deploy basic drip email and SMS campaigns.
- Develop and maintain AI-powered conversation bots for lead interaction.
- Generate AI-driven blog content aligned with SEO and audience targeting.
- Enable CSV file uploads for bulk lead management and campaign deployment.
- Build an automated system to contact leads and schedule appointments efficiently.
Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.
Skills
The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements:
- Proven experience with GoHighLevel platform and snapshot management.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms (Meta, Google).
- Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and backlink strategies.
- Experience with AI tools for voice, chat, and content generation.
- Ability to manage data workflows including CSV imports and lead segmentation.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Experience targeting distressed property sellers is a plus.
Work Schedule
- Contracted Hours per Week: 10 Hours
- Scheduled Working Days: Monday through Friday
- Daily Working Time: Flexible, EST
Note: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA’s schedule with the Client’s preferred hours as set forth above. However, availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and the contracted hours set in this SOW. Any changes must be mutually agreed to in writing through a revised SOW.
Terms of Engagement
- Contractors will operate under a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work
- This is not an offer of employment; contractors are not employees of 20four7VA or any client
- All compensation is processed through 20four7VA according to the terms of the engagement
