We are looking for an HR Operations & AI Specialist to build and optimize a scalable, tech-enabled HR setup within a growing company.
This role focuses on connecting HR systems, improving workflows, and using automation and AI to reduce manual work, improve data quality, and enhance the employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and optimize the HR tech stack (HRIS, ticketing, collaboration tools)
  • Design and improve workflows across the employee lifecycle
  • Build and manage integrations between systems (e.g., HRIS, Jira, Google Workspace)
  • Implement automations using APIs, Zapier/Make, or custom solutions
  • Apply AI tools to streamline repetitive HR processes
  • Improve HR data quality, reporting, and insights for leadership
  • Translate HR needs into scalable technical solutions

Requirements
  • Experience working with HRIS platforms (HiBob is a plus)
  • Experience with workflow/ticketing tools (e.g., Jira)
  • Strong understanding of Google Workspace and automation capabilities
  • Hands-on experience with APIs and system integrations
  • Practical experience applying AI in operational processes
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data
  • Ability to bridge business and technical teams
  • Experience in a fast-growing tech environment is a plus
