Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
✅ Assist attorneys with legal research, case preparation and documentation.
✅ Draft, review and organize legal documents, including contracts, pleadings and correspondence.
✅ Communicate directly with clients, gather relevant information and provide timely updates.
✅ Maintain accurate case files, track deadlines and support legal administrative processes.
✅ Assist with case management, legal filings and other responsibilities assigned by attorneys.
🎯 WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
✔️ A law degree or relevant professional experience in a legal environment. ✔️ Previous experience as a Paralegal, Legal Assistant or in a similar legal support role.
✔️ Strong legal research, drafting, writing and documentation skills.
✔️ Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
✔️ Ability to interact professionally and confidently with clients.
✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital document management.
✔️ A reliable internet connection and a suitable environment for remote work.
✔️ Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality and manage multiple priorities.
