Remote Locum Tenens Recruiter (US market)

WhiteCoat Locums is a physician-owned and led locum tenens staffing company based in Seattle, WA. We specialize in Physician, Advance Provider and CRNA recruiting for locum tenens position in the US.


Key Responsibilities:

Recruit & Source Candidates

Find qualified physicians and advanced care providers using job boards, databases, and other sourcing tools.

Screen candidates for skills, experience, and fit

Maintain a pipeline of active and passive talent

Collaborate with the team

Understand job requirements and hiring needs

Provide regular updates and ensure a smooth experience

Track all recruitment activity in our CRM

Follow company procedures and compliance guidelines

REQUIREMENTS:

English: Excellent verbal and written communication

Tech: Reliable computer/laptop, phone, and stable internet

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM EST – 5 PM EST (can be shifted slightly based on the availability)

Mindset: Driven, organized, and goal-oriented

Experience: At least two years of the U.S. locum tenens recruiting experience REQUIRED. Your past or current xperience should include hiring physicians and/or advanced providers for the US healthcare facilities.

Strong Locum Tenens Industry References and track record.


WHAT WE OFFER:

$1000/month base salary (based on the experience and availability)

Generous commission for each placement. Unlimited earning potential!

100% remote — work from anywhere

Part-time or full-time (preferred)

Paid travel to the US for industry specific conferences
