Job Description
Shape, maintain, and grow NexaScale's brand presence across all platforms, programs, and campaigns. Ensure brand consistency, lead storytelling efforts, and work closely with the programs and design teams to create impactful content and experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a strong, cohesive brand identity aligned with NexaScale's mission
- Craft compelling brand narratives, program stories, and success spotlights
- Oversee and coordinate social media strategy and execution
- Ensure consistent branding across events, programs, and campaigns
- Collaborate with designers to produce high-quality visuals and marketing materials
- Track brand engagement metrics and adapt strategies as needed
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in brand management, communications, or marketing
- Strong storytelling, writing, and editing skills
- Familiarity with social media management tools and basic design software
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Passion for technology, community building, and social impact
