Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate conversations around career growth, mentorship, and opportunities for women
- Highlight success stories and role models within the community
- Coordinate with partners and mentors for women-focused events
- Share relevant scholarships, grants, and industry resources
Requirements
- Passion for women's empowerment and diversity in tech
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience managing or participating in women-focused communities is a plus
