We are looking for a dynamic full-time, remote Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of innovative SaaS solutions in a fully remote consulting environment. In this role, you will be responsible for managing complex technical projects from concept to deployment, ensuring that solutions are scalable, secure, and high-performing.
You will work closely with backend and frontend developers, DevOps engineers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of multi-tenant SaaS applications. This role requires someone who can balance technical leadership with project management, driving both team performance and business impact. Technical Responsibilities:

Technical Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
- Architect and implement RESTful and GraphQL APIs for SaaS applications.
- Optimise application performance, security, and scalability.
- Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate APIs with React.js components.
- Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment processes.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and oversee cloud deployments (Azure).
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production-level issues.
- Drive the end-to-end SaaS application development lifecycle from planning and requirement analysis to deployment and post-launch support.
- Manage multi-tenant SaaS architectures, subscription management, and user authentication/authorization workflows.
- Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations.
- Define KPIs and metrics for performance monitoring and improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Strong expertise in Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, and React.js.
- Proven experience in SaaS product development and lifecycle management.
- Solid understanding of backend architecture, microservices, and API design.
- Experience with DevOps, cloud services (Azure), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong leadership, team management, and task delegation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration abilities.
