Key Responsibilities:
- Qualify incoming leads and prioritize based on sales potential.
- Reach out to leads via phone, email, and social media to nurture relationships and understand customer needs.
- Conduct in-depth product presentations and demonstrate the value proposition.
- Identify and overcome objections, providing tailored solutions to prospective clients.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing the deal.
- Negotiate pricing and terms, ensuring both customer satisfaction and company profitability.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on lead generation strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records of leads, opportunities, and sales progress.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide feedback on lead quality and customer insights to improve sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar sales role.
- Strong ability to convert leads into actual sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software.
- Self-motivated, with a strong sense of urgency and goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
