Sales Executive

Sales Executive Job for a Creative, Growth Marketing and Design Agency.

The Sales Executive will identify and develop new client relationships and sell our creative and marketing services. You will engage with potential clients to understand their unique needs and communicate how our creative solutions align with their goals, ultimately driving revenue and contributing to the agency’s growth.

Prospect and Qualify Leads: Identify, research, and develop new business leads within target industries, focusing on clients who will benefit from creative growth marketing, design, and branding services.

Client Engagement: Initiate contact with potential clients, listen to their business needs, and position the agency’s solutions to address those needs effectively.

Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver engaging presentations, proposals, and pitch decks tailored to each client’s goals.

Pipeline Management: Maintain an organised and up-to-date CRM system to manage leads, track outreach efforts, and monitor progress toward sales goals.

Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, design, and creative teams to align sales strategies with agency capabilities, project timelines, and client expectations.

Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate service packages and contract terms that meet both client and agency objectives; close sales to meet monthly and quarterly targets.

Market and Industry Insight: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and the latest in growth marketing and design to better position our services and maintain a competitive edge.

Client Onboarding and Handover: Collaborate with project managers to ensure smooth onboarding and project kick-off for new clients, setting expectations and ensuring customer satisfaction.
