What’s the Role About? 

As a Patient Consultant, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients looking to improve their oral health. You’ll engage with warm leads, conduct structured phone consultations, and guide patients through the process of booking their free consultation. Your role is pivotal in ensuring patients feel comfortable, informed, and excited about their journey to a healthier smile. 

What You’ll Do: 

✅ Speak with warm leads and assess their suitability for treatment.
 ✅ Secure commitment by collecting a refundable deposits and booking free consultations.
 ✅ Build trust with patients, handle objections, and provide solutions.
 ✅ Use the NEPQ method to uncover patient pain points and desires.
 ✅ Maintain accurate records of consultations and follow-ups.
 ✅ Continuously improve your skills through ongoing training. 

What We’re Looking For: 

✔️ Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
 ✔️ Active listening and the ability to respond empathetically.
 ✔️ Confidence in handling objections and overcoming concerns.
 ✔️ Organisational skills to manage multiple leads efficiently.
 ✔️ Sales ability – a proven track record of driving conversions.
 ✔️ Adaptability, teachability, and a desire to grow.

💰 Uncapped Commission: Earn $30 per patient who shows up for their consultation.
